We take common things for granted
- Dont miss out on opportunities simply because they’re different than normal
- It’ll look intimidating, but you can be one of the few to follow it
(Pemberton St.. yes, the stairs are the road, San Francisco)
-
It’s OK if you’re the only one at first
- Soon people will catch on to what you’re doing
- They’ll want to interact with you, maybe even help your cause
(San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, Bryant St)
-
Love unconditionally
- You’re heart will beat
- You will not want to do it
- You’ll want to give up

Get Drunk.
-
Have the right people on your team so you don’t have to drive it.
Get the right people on your bus
- Jim Collins (book: Good To Great)

Things I’ve learned so far by doing my “own thing”:
- Nothing in life is easy, there are roadblocks. Daily.
- Take breaks.
(18th & Valencia, The Mission)
-
Force yourself to stand out or else you’ll get lost amongst everyone else doing the same thing.
- Don’t follow new trends
- Do the opposite that everyone else is doing
(Main St.. San Francisco, CA)

Organize your life, man.
Stop being lazy. I see people not making their beds, not cleaning up their car. All that shit is clutter. If it’s cluttering something you’re around often, it’s cluttering your thought process and adding stress you don’t need, get rid of it.
